Commissioning me mean that you already agree on the term of services that you go and read through all the information here! Make sure to read this section first before booking a slot for commission!

⋮GENERAL INFO⋮

● You must be 18 or older to commission me.● Please have all your references, and requests ready before you contact me for commission work.● Commissions are queue based, so earlier requests are prioritized.● Commission works will take around 4-15 working days.Time limit can increase depending on the queue, complexity, communication, or if I have personal emergencies. You'll be warned if anything happens.● The commissioner will receive updates on the commission process (sketch, line art, color, background).● The final piece is delivered as a PNG image.

⋮PAYMENT⋮

● Payment via Paypal and Wise. Prices don't include invoicing fees from Paypal, so they will be added to the invoice and payment must be in USD.● Payment should be upfront before the commission is started.● I will only start the commission once the payment is half received (You can pay all at once or pay half first then pay the rest through the commmission process).● For a 50/50 payment plan, I will send an invoice for the second payment upon approval of the final work-in-progress (WIP). Files will be delivered only after receiving full payment.● It is possible to arrange for a 50% upfront, 50% on completion payment plan, though please note that this incurs additional transaction fees for which you are responsible. Following completion of the commission, i'll send you an invoice for the remaining 50%, which must be paid before receiving the finalized files. Kindly provide a valid email address for invoice delivery.

(check out the difference in Commercial rights)● Commercial Use is defined as but not limited to: Stream Assets Twitch or Youtube icon/banner, video assets, Info graphic Use (like stream schedules or event advertisementsstream/video thumbnails merch-digital or physical emotes posters, webcomics, comics or other prints. Anything you intend to use to generate revenue or push your brand.● Commercial rights: under commercial-use license, the client has the rights of using the commission in profits related activity specified by the license: License A allows use on products where the art is secondary (book cover, posters, game assets, website graphics, etc). License B allows use on products where the art is one of the main focus (keychains, pillow, etc).

● I’m usually okay with making changes to WIP shots as long as they don’t get excessive.● You are allowed to request multiple revisions at the time the sketch is given. After which, major revisions (changes to pose, clothing, etc.) will not be accepted. Once the commission is almost/is completed I will allow for minor adjustments to be made before sending the final file.● If final rendering has begun, no changes are permitted unless they're small (ex: mouth expressions, colors, etc.).

⋮REFUNDING POLICY⋮

● If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only receive a full refund if it has yet to be started.● Refund is only applicable until the end of sketching phase (you will be given an update when the sketch is finished).
- Refunds are no longer allowed during rendering phase or once the artwork is finished.● In the case of work being cancelled by a client who has paid the full amount upfront, a maximum of 50% of the commission cost may be refunded. For a commission under the 50/50 payment plan, the first payment will not be refunded.● Any transaction fees for refunds are the responsibility of the client. In the event of an artist cancellation after payment has been made, refund fees are the responsibility of the artist.● I can refund 100% only if I have not yet started on the sketch. 50% if sketch has been sent. NO REFUNDS if the artwork has been completed.● If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund and the current commission progress will be disposed of.● If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.● The transaction fees on all payments are not included in any refund calculations and all refund transaction fees are the responsibility of the client, unless the commission has been cancelled by the artist.

● If you post the commission anywhere, please credit by tagging me. (Twitter: @hottodg / pixiv:hottodg)● I may deny your commission if I feel that I'm unable to fulfill your expectations.● For unfinished refunded sketches, I reserve the right to repurpose it for another commission.● Reproducing, modifying, or tracing the commissioned piece in any form isn't allowed.If you require a revision please ask me.● I reserve the right to reuse abandoned commissions for future profit. If the client abandons the commission, I have the right to reuse what was made.● I own the artwork and may repost it to any social (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) but with proper credit to you! There is the option of paying to be private. Check out on commission section.● You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money, building commercial brand) unless the work is charged for commercial use.
